Get Strong.
Move Without Pain.
Stay That Way For Life.

Alchimie combines movement assessment, mobility, coordination and strength training to help you build a body you trust and keep doing what you love.

At 24, a knee condition doctors compared to someone twice my age nearly ended my athletic career. Choosing to rebuild my own strength instead of undergoing surgery is what set me on this path.

Sound familiar?

“I don’t trust my body anymore.”

“I’m tired of working around my pain.”

“I miss doing the things I love.”

Those thoughts are a sign it’s time to approach movement differently.

My job is to help you listen to it

You need a plan that starts with understanding how your body moves and that adjusts to your lifestyle

The Alchimie method

BUILD A BODY YOU CAN RELY ON

In my point of view, a resilient body is built with the 5 Fundamental Pillars

Balance Icon
Balance
“I feel steady.”

Build control and stability to feel more confident before adding greater demands.

Mobility Icon
Mobility

“I move freely.”

Give your body access to the movement it needs by addressing stiffness and restrictions.

Coordination Icon
Coordination
“I trust my body.”

Learn to control how your body moves, building greater confidence in what it can do.

Strength Icon
Strength

“I feel capable.”

Build strength to prepare your body for the physical demands of life and maintain your

Longevity

“I keep doing what I love.”

Bring it all together to build a strong, capable, and adaptable body that lasts.

MY GOAL IS TO HELP YOU BUILD A BODY THAT KEEPS UP WITH YOUR LIFE.

About me

PAIN TOOK AWAY MY IDENTITY. I LEARNED HOW TO BUILD IT BACK.

I grew up playing sports. In my early 20s, I trained as a dancer, earned a scholarship to study musical theatre in New York, and eventually performed professionally.

Then pain changed everything.

After a demanding dance contract, I returned to New York with severe pain in both knees. I stopped dancing. I stopped playing sports. Even walking up the stairs created fear because I expected pain.

Pain didn’t only take away my movement.
I was losing part of my identity.

Before going down the road of surgery, I started learning how to train my body differently.

Little by little, I started moving again.
Then dancing.
Then playing sports.

But the biggest change?
I claimed my identity back.

My journey isn’t your journey. Your body, your challenges, and what you want to get back to will be different.

But the goal is the same:
Build a body you trust so you can keep doing the things that make you feel like yourself.

The difference a plan makes

THE WORKOUT ISN’T THE GOAL. HOW YOU YOUR LIFE IS.

Without a plan

With Alchimie

Ellipse 2
How I train

Three ways to work together.

Personal Coaching

Individualized training built around you.

Start with an assessment, then follow a program based on your goals, movement, experience, and lifestyle. Your training adapts as you progress.

Best for:
People who want individual guidance, accountability, and ongoing adjustments.

Group Training

Train alongside others while still having options that meet you where you are.

Small-group coaching combines structured workouts, coaching, community, and individual exercise adjustments when needed.

Best for:
People who enjoy training with others while still receiving coaching and support.

Home & Gym Programs

Follow a structured training program without individualized coaching.

Choose a Home Program designed around common home equipment or a Gym Program designed for a commercial gym.

Best for:
People who feel comfortable training independently but want a clear plan to follow.

One of my clients, managing structural scoliosis, rebuilt a training practice around it, not despite it.
